Kimber is a registered dietitian with a passion for optimizing the health of her clients by providing personalized medical nutrition therapy, evidence-based guidelines, and motivation! She has a strong clinical background in gastrointestinal conditions, surgical cases, oncology, kidney disease, and critical care after spending the first 5 years of her career working in nationally recognized healthcare systems. In her sessions, Kimber applies her clinical and counseling expertise to help clients proactively manage their health and achieve sustainable lifestyle change. She believes that all aspects of health are connected and takes a comprehensive approach with each client when addressing nutrition and lifestyle factors. She currently works with clients dealing with various conditions including, but not limited to:

Kimber’s interest in health and nutrition started at a young age while training as a competitive dancer. She completed her Bachelor of Science and Dietetic Internship at Virginia Tech and holds a specialty certification as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. Beyond her clinical work, Kimber plays a role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care by developing and implementing clinical and organizational initiatives at TNT. She is also involved in TNT’s corporate wellness program and enjoys participating in public speaking events and health fairs. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is active in the Charlotte fitness community as a part-time group pilates instructor and prioritizes quality time with family, friends, and her rescue pup!
