I'm what doctors call a zebra, meaning I have a lot of complicated health issues. Moving to a new state is overwhelming. She was very helpful, gave me a good explanation of how the clinic worked and what to expect. She listened, she was respectful, she looked at the records I had brought with me and understood my need for assistance with continuity of care. We came up with a plan to get me to the specialists I needed, while keeping my current scripts going. A very good beginning.

Dr Bombaci was wonderful! I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor. Despite a full waiting room (there are a bunch of docs in the practice), I was helped immediately. She was lovely. She took her time to go over my records. I highly recommend her!

This was my first visit with Dr. Bombaci. Her nurse brought me back 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled and was very efficient combined with a friendliness that put me very at ease. Dr. Bombaci came in right away and explained the setup of the UMass Family Practice and what I could expect. During all of the feminine portions of the exam, she answered my questions and explained what she was doing. The appointment was quick and as painless as could be, with an excellent, knowledgeable, personable doctor. I am very pleased with Dr. Bombaci so far!

I absolutely loved her. I have never in my life have met a doctor like her. She was extremely helpful, understanding caring and very resourceful. I love that I was able to express my concerns and frustrations without being judged. Dr. Bombaci also spoke in a language that I understood, she didn't use medical terms that I wouldn't understand and she got straight to the point which I loved. Also the fact that she was young also made a difference personally for me because she knew the generation. However though I'm very sad because I am currently in the middle of switching my insurance plan and Dr. Bombaci doesn't accept this insurance. But those to are looking for a real doctor who actually cares and is up to date with things I would definitely recommend Dr. Bombaci

My visit with Dr Bombaci was above and beyond what was expected. She acknowledged all of my concerns, was thorough and got straight to the point. I was able to get on a medication to try for RA that same day, and I had been unsuccessful getting anywhere for the last four years. She also repeated crucial blood work that I was previously told would not be covered by insurance.
