Front office staff was super friendly, wait time to see Doctor was very reasonable, under 15 minutes, amount of time taken for exam and explain findings was very, quick, about 5 minutes which I felt 'rushed'...not sure if I would go back again.

The visit with Dr. Nelson was fine and the support staff excellent. The office was quite behind and I had to wait about and hour and 10 miniutes for my appointment which was at 8 AM

I'll start off by saying I was the last appointment of the day and I was 7 minutes late - so I do not blame them for wanting to rush me through . That said- I was disappointed that I had to see an audiologist first (an additional co-pay), especially when after Dr Nelson saw within moments that my ear pain was totally external. I don't understand why they didn't start with that.
Other than the extra (unnecessary) charge, I felt like the Dr didn't take the time to talk out the reasons or additional treatment options. Her attitude was " if this doesn't work, just come back and will try something else!"
Overall it was very mediocre - I'm sure if I wasn't their last patient of the day they would've been more welcoming - but even so, I'll be looking for another Doc in the future.

Thought it was fine. I still have a plugged ear with ringing but hopfully it will pass with the medication that was recommended.
