All staff in this office were very kind, informative, great listener's and there was a peace in this office that definitely need praise. LORD please forgive me for not remembering their names, but one of the staff members came outside and found me then walked me back to their office (she wore a (BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE) I'll never forget. I'm really bad with directions and I was getting nervous because I do not like being late. A BIG Thank you to everyone staff member for making me feel comfortable throughout my time there. BLESSINGS!!! To all.

Ortho OIC Urgent Care practice of Arlington, VA is what I am now calling the BEST place for your ortho urgent needs. I was seen by Kimberly Rienecke, PA, and her X-Ray Techician they was thorough in conducting my great x-rays, examination, diagnosis but the entire staff there are super nice, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service. I was very pleased with the cleaniness of the practics and they have parking at this facility. This was my second visit but the first was for a family member and he was amazed by the service he received the ladies greeted you with a smile and assisted you with the check-in which is helpful??. This place is awesome and I have will recommend it to friends and the rest of my family. ??

The challenge is that I scheduled the doctor and got them physician’s assistant. I actually like her and she was good but it would have been better to get the provider I booked with as it’s false advertising.

Front desk staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Every person was so great. I did not feel rushed and even though they were running a little behind, it did not feel at all like I waited very long. Everyone was considerate and I felt like they genuinely cared about me!!!!!

Kimberley Rienecke was great! She listened to all my concerns closely and asked a lot of good follow up questions to help us get to the root of the problem. We were able to come up with a treatment plan to keep me moving and training while also ensuring no further injury is sustained. She also was able to refer support aligned with my own running focus. I will look forward to using her in the future for any additional treatment.
