Kim began her nursing career in 1995, and over the course of twenty-seven years of medical practice, she has worked in a variety of areas, including gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, pediatrics, post-anesthesia care, and hospital-based nursing before earning her Master's in Family Nursing with Distinction from Chamberlain University in 2017. She received her Associate of Science and Associate Degree of Nursing from Ohlone Community College District and her Bachelor's degree from University of Phoenix.
Currently, Kim works in both internal medicine and psychiatry. During her time in internal medicine, she realized many of her patients struggled with mental health issues. Recognizing psychiatry as her passion, she strives to provide tools to help others manage their mental health concerns. Kim has always enjoyed helping people and finds her work very rewarding.
Kim has been with Crownview Medical Group since January 2022.
