I have been coming to this office for a few years and have always enjoyed Dr. Warfield. She is knowledgeable and kind. Only critique would be a clear understanding of who to go to to check out. Front desk staff behind computers and plastic shields make it difficult when there is a row of 3 people not looking at you.

Dr. Warfield grew up in the Houston area. She went to The University of Texas at Austin before attending medical school at UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch) in Galveston. She was accepted as a charter resident into the first combined Internal Medicine / Family Practice residency program in the country at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk Virginia. She completed the double residency program in just four years graduating in 1999.
Dr. Warfield and her family decided to return “home” to Texas in the summer of 1999. She was in private practice in the DFW area before moving back to Austin in 2006.

My first visit went very well.
Dr. Warfield is personable, patient, and genuinely interested in my health history.
Office was comfortable and the staff, friendly. On-site blood draw is a bonus.

Overall a good visit. The doctor was running late, and I had arrived 30 minutes early to do paperwork, so I was there for a long time.
I could not find paperwork on the office's website, which would have been helpful.

This was my first doctors office visit since the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic and I will I was a little apprehensive because of the what to do and all. The office gave me a comfortable and safe feeling. I was impressed with Dr Warfield's nurse and as for Dr Warfield, she what the best PCP that I've had in many, many years. I will definitely return and have already recommended her to people I know.
