Dr. Kioomars Moosazadeh works at a private orthopedic practice in Great Neck, NY. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal orthopedic and sports-related injuries. His ultimate goal is to improve the daily lives of his patients without relying on invasive techniques, such as surgery.
Dr. Moosazadeh’s career began Tehran, where he spent ten years practicing trauma and reconstructive orthopedic surgery. His unique and innovative reconstruction orthopedic surgery article was published in the journal of “Trauma, Injury, and Infection” in the University of Texas in July of 2002. He has performed more than 7000 different orthopedic surgeries.
In 2005, Dr. Moosazadeh relocated to New York to complete his residency in Downstate Medical Center located in Brooklyn. He pursued his prolonged medical specialty in diagnosing and treating patients facing injuries and diseases of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.

The staff was extremely horrible. I told them that I made my appointment before hand and told me I had to have a physical copy of my medical card even though it was already submitted online via the app. After I explained that in New York it’s not a policy that you have to physically have it they argued with me .

He was very nice and explained in details when I had questions regarding to my injuries. Also took the time to look at my injuries and try to figure out where was the problem. I know some doctors are just in and out don't even spend 5 minutes with you. He was not in a rush which I really liked.

I thought the visit was ok but he didn't give me what I wanted or what I deserved. I left the visit with only half of what I needed. I'm used to taking 10 pills a day and he gave me 4. I don't know how that's going to exactly help me but we'll see. He said he wasn't allowed to prescribe anything more than four a day.
