We got lost and arrived about 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment, but weren't seen until almost 5:00pm on the dot; you could tell the doctor was rushed. That said, we covered medications and other health recovery information in a short time, so if Dr. Cheruku needs to only spend a few minutes treating, at least he gets right to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. That is definitely worth a few hours wait.

Aside from an incredibly rude receptionist, my visit was terrific. The doctor and his medical staff were exceptional. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why. Dr. Cheruku is very knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable.

Staff at front desk were professional & thorough. All staff seem to comunicate well. These things should be expected of all facilities but sadly my experience has been different with multiple facilities. This facility obviously well managed and staff enjoy being here.
