Start to finish, Dr. Gershman and her staff were prompt, polite, knowledgable, and quite frankly it was the best experience I have ever had with a Doctors office and appointment.

Dr. Gershman is great!!!!!
I will be seeing her as my primary doctor from now on. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable speaking to her. She took her time and was thorough. I did not care for the office staff. They were not rude, but by no means friendly or nice. The nurse was satisfactory. She did not introduce herself and did not make eye contact.

I called on Monday May 15th very sick, and there was an answer machine saying to make an appointment online. I made an appointment at 2.30 PM. However the receptionist said my appointment was at 3,30. I had written proof of my appointment, but they kept me waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Thanks for this survey

Quiet office setting and only one person in waiting room. Big plus for me! Not your regular crazy doctor's office. Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable with the doctor. I like that she calls her patients with test results. Makes it more personable.

I think Dr. Gershman is the best doctor in town. She is very professional and knowledgeable! I make all my medical decisions with her (even when I see other specialist doctors). She transmit confidence and she is a very caring professional. HEr staff is also great!
