Staff is always considerate and helpful. Dr Chavda has great technique and provides a plethora of information and options. The only downside to the visit is having to go through the waiting area to pay for visit. However, not a deal breaker.

The wait time was excessive: 1hr 2min. Really aggravating considering the fact they requested me there 20 minutes early!
Dr. Chavda did discuss the wait time with me and tell me she would speak with her office manager. She did seem truly concerned - a first, I might add, in ANY professional office I've ever waited in.
There were 2 very young and very nervouse women in the office with her. I would have felt better (and maybe they would have as well) if they had been introduced. I'm pulling my shirt off and I see a woman turn away so nervously it made me nervous about who the heck she was. We were in a Doctor's office and someone was bound to undress. The patient!
I also really expected, since I am 60 and it was my first visit ever she would have had a look at my skin.
She asked what my problems were and I told her, but don't doctors usually have a look at the patient?
I don't know about this sort of medicine. Maybe this symptomatic of the difference between an MD and a DO?????

I felt rushed and that my concerns were dismissed rapidly and without much discussion at all. You would think that especially during a first visit the doctor would spend time with you and maybe give advise for future check ups and routine care. Not with Dr Chavda. She is in too much of a hurry to leave the exam room.

She was helpful and tried to explain what was causing my acne symptoms and what each medication and treatment was designed to do. She gave me samples of the meds and worked with me on finding an affordable treatment. She was not in the room for very long, but I would say she was helpful and cared about my needs.
