Hi there! I provide psychiatric therapy and medication management. I have years of experience managing complex patients as part of a treatment team while working in acute psychiatric units and hospital settings in Hampton Roads, VA and Florida. I treat ages 6 and older and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction. I have special interest in treatment resistant depression and innovative treatments for such, including Spravato and ketamine.

A wonderful therapist and Psychiatrist. She puts her patients first and was able to work with me even when switching insurance. I am a transgender woman and Krista never makes me feel weird or like I am not being heard; which unfortunately has been a problem with other providers. I have made great strides forward in my life working with her, and I would highly recommend her mental health services to anyone looking to work through hardships, and/or better themselves.
