I began my nursing career in 1998 at Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY. Through the years, I have worked in med-surg, orthopedics, and in bariatrics. I have cared for adult and pediatric ventilator patients, worked in outpatient surgery, and my most recent experience has been in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment. Having worked in healthcare for many years, I have learned how important it is to maintain optimal health. I earned a Post-Master's Certificate in Family Health Nursing from Purdue University, which has further equipped me to support patients in achieving their best health. My goal is to help our community balance their health and wellness by offering education and healthy regimens for daily maintenance.

I paid for the visit out of pocket although I have Wellcare Medicaid of Kentucky. She wrote the prescriptions I needed. I found out that she was not registered with Kentucky Medicaid so Wellcare would not pay for the prescriptions. She called to inform me of what number to call to find the problem and she was quick to do so. She was very helpful.
