Dr Aland was very kind and knowledgeable. She was not rushed and reassured me. She is wonderful. The MA was terrible, rude, and yelled at me for leaving the urine sample in the restroom next to another patients sample. The MA did not take my blood pressure appropriately (second time this happened and it was a different MA). Although the doctor was great, the MA was so mean and rude that I will be going to a different practice. I hope management deals with the MAs because unfortunately due to the long wait and greeted by a horrific MA I will not be back and I will not recommend the office.

Dr. Aland was friendly and upfront from the start to the end of the appointment. I was very hesitant to go back to the OBGYN after a bad experience with my old doctor, but knew that I needed to go back. She started off by asking what my concerns were and once she started the exam, she explained everything that was going to happen before she did it. At the end, she made sure all of my questions were addressed and that I was comfortable. Definitely going back to see her in the future!

I had to ask them to do my bp test , they ignored me on this visit seems very busy , Dr wrote referral for me and i was keep waiting in room for 15 min until i asked someone for how long i have to wait more , she asked someone and told me i had to pick up from front desk .

I was waited on as soon as I entered the office, after a little paper work I was called in. The nurse did her assessment, the Dr. came in shortly. The Dr. was great answer questions made me feel at ease. My appointment was for 2:30, I was getting on the elevator at 3:00. This will be my regular gym after today.
