Wait time was terrible, I originally booked a 4:45pm appointment and they called asking if I could make it at 5pm - which was tight for me but I said I could make it work if I was on time. It was not, I waited 30min. I was late to my class that night.
She was very pleasant but I did not find the treatment effective- I went to another chiropractor later in the week and found they were much stronger with manual release etc and I had HUGE improvement immediately after- whereas this visit I saw zero change. So I will not be going back.
They also make it difficult to cancel and then charge you
