Kristen was very kind, and she efficiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I came in to find a new birth control alternative, and she carefully and patiently went over specific brands and options for me. My only complaint is having to wait awhile in the doctor’s room before the doctor came in. I waited a good 25 minutes. Thanks!

I waited a bit and saw a student PA, then approx 30 min after my scheduled appointment time Kristen came in and introduced herself, though I have seen her before. Even though she did not remember seeing me, she should have at least looked at my chart and she would have seen that she had treated me prior versus acting as if I was there for the first time with her.

She took the time to not only listen to what I had to say, but to respond thoroughly and thoughtfully. She gave me some additional information to read up on so I can research before making decisions. I didn't feel rushed in any way. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing her again.

I thought Kristen was very personal and informative.
I was pleased with the Nurse assistant as well.
I was displeased that I have to come back for Blood work because the phlebotomist was out for lunch.
I have never had to come back for blood work,, I'm used to other health professional the office, that can drawing blood and not just one person.
Over all it was a very nice experience.

NP Dickert saw me for the 1st time, on very short notice to assist me in fending off the worst of what was at the time, early stages of a diverticulitis attack. We had not ever met before for any reason, let alone this particular chronic problem that I have. She carefully reviewed my general medical and gastro-intestinal background and thoroughly and professionally attended to diagnosing status and prescribing meds for my condition.
I am very happy and fortunate to now have a doctor-patient relationship with her, amongst the other professionals at Office of Coleman & Associates.
