As a prior business professional in the corporate world I understand how daily events can curb our ability to meet goals for our health. In today's 24/7 world it seems that we take care of everyone and everything else and forget about taking care of ourselves. Planning meals and fitting in exercise can be a daunting task when there are only so many hours in the day. To add to the stress of it all there are thousands of media outlets telling us everyday to try a certain diet or eliminate a certain food group which makes figuring out where to start very difficult.
My philosophy is stemmed from incorporating healthy eating into your current lifestyle based on scientifically-based guidelines. I will not give you a "quick fix" or "magic pill". Unfortunately, I looked everywhere for those and they don't exist. What I will give you are the tools for you to be able to decipher what you think your body wants verses what your body actually needs.
We will work as a team to create goals and help you achieve your full potential for a happy, healthy lifestyle.
