About Kristen Rogers
Physician Assistant Kristen Rogers began practicing in 2015 with a focus on family medicine and clinical interests in hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, well exams, and preventative screening. Kristen is amazing. I have seen her for about a year now and she is very thorough. She asks good questions, listens intently and remembers you and your issues from each visit. She and her staff are great about following up either through the patient portal or via video visit. The staff is also great about following up on referrals. .

She was very nice. I didn’t feel pressured. I told her I was trying to establish a new Doctor because my last doctor had retired. She cot me started with a basic check up and blood draw which is what I went for she was very nice. The lady that even go me started was super nice too!

Clean, organized, inviting office with friendly staff and clearly defined procedures. pretty easy to go through their forms at the office, got seen quickly and communication with their office has been very easy through their patient portal.
It was also nice that there's an excellent imaging clinic in the same building that they could immediately refer me to, so I could go get imaging done right away.
Based on the music they were playing, the decorations, and the other patients I saw there, I felt the average patient age was closer to mine (normally I feel like these offices cater to the elderly), which made me more comfortable.

Brand new to OnPoint and was very pleased with how easy it was to book the appointment. Website with providers info and appointment times was great. K. Rogers was very nice and I felt heard and not rushed. Plus they send text messages with reminders, your appointment notes from the provider and your RX info. I couldn’t be anymore pleased on how it all went.

We can’t recommend her because
1. During the appointment, Kristen was extremely rushed in her assessment and barely did any form of a physical exam, probably because she had a flight to catch. Good thing we are healthy otherwise that would have been a waste.
2. She insisted that I schedule an additional appointment to get my blood test results and would not disclose the results without the appointment. That additional appointment wasn’t covered by insurance and her only feedback was that I have high cholesterol. It was so disgustingly a money grab.
3. When my wife’s blood results came, she had some questions on them. She tried to ask them on the portal but kristen was extremely dismissive of my questions (part of her response was “were you not able to see my message?” Like she had done something dumb by asking a follow up question to her assessment.) and she said she can come do another test in 3 months. No word since…

Terrible experience my doctor note and visit notes stated I was seen for a reason that was false and incorrect. My prescriptions were prescribed differently than how I was told to take them while in the exam room. The provider recorded the entire conversation in the exam room so I'm confused about why my notes, dr note and prescriptions have so many discrepancies! I called the office to get more clarification after the message I sent in the portal didn't a response for days. I'll just say that was a bigger joke than the visit notes claiming I was seen for the wrong reason! Do yourself a favor and pass on seeing this provider!

The entire staff was just kind and welcoming. They all seemed to genuinely care. Kristen was awesome. She clearly explained my health condition, communicated the best plan of action, and executed that plan. Kristen made me feel comfortable and I had full confidence in her ability to treat me.
