Born in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Segall completed college at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997 where she received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then attended the University of Texas-Houston Medical School where she received her M.D. in 2001. She was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society during medical school. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Florida in 2005. Dr. Segall worked in private practice in San Antonio, Texas for three years before returning to Tampa and joining Women’s Care Florida.

The doctor is super nice and informative but the office is super busy. The receptionist was very rude after I complained that I had been waiting for 40mins after my ultrasound and that I was late for the next appointment at another doctor. She tried very hard to give me excuses that doesn't make sense and talked over me until I told her that I was very stressed out and that gave me a stomachache. It wasn't a good experience at the waiting area but the doctor was good.

This was my first visit and Dr. Segall was wonderful! I was very nervous leading up to my visit and she and Courtney talked me through how the visits are set up. She has an excellent bedside manner and tells you everything she is doing before and during to make sure you feel comfortable as possible.
