I'm so grateful that my co-worker referred me to Dr. Williford at Health Quest. I suffered from back pain that was provoked by strenuous activity at my job. There was even a point in time where I feared I wouldn't be able to provide bedside care too much longer if I didn't seek out care for my back. After about 2 months from my first visit, I feel like a new woman, and I highly recommend this office and provider. I'm seen right at my appointment time or sooner, the staff are all super friendly, and they are understanding of my schedule !

She went to chiropractic school in Florida but gladly moved back to Maryland because she loves the seasons!
In her spare time she enjoys working out, playing soccer, spending time outdoors, and being a foodie with her husband.

I have been seeing Dr. Williford for several months now and she has been amazing. I have since moved and still go out of my way to see her. The staff in this building is amazing as well and I always look forward to coming in. Still the only downside to this location is the stairs which are your typical old building stairs in Baltimore. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I love Dr. Williford! She is extremely talented and can relieve me of aches and pains that I have been expiriencing for years in a matter of minutes. Plus, she has a great personality so I always feel welcome, genuinely cared about, and leave the office looking forward to my next visit with her.

It was great. I was in so much pain, I couldn't walk upright. Within 8 minutes she had me walking upright. She showed me exercises that keep me moving everyday.

It was awesome, had aches/pain in my neck/trap region. Dr. Kristen helped sooth the pain with light stretching and the adjustment felt fantastic. She has a really good understanding of human anatomy. I feel so much better after seeing her. She was the BEST!

The tens unit helped a lot and alleviated the pain in my lower back. As always, Dr. Williford and her staff were amazing. I really appreciate their bedside manners and how personable they are.

Dr. W is great! She cares about the whole person, not just physical symptoms. I enjoy getting to chat with her just as much as the adjustments. And of course its great chiropractic care!
