Comes across as very efficient and organized and I like that she moves quickly with next steps in the testing process. Reinforces her philosophy re: let's deal with it
I so appreciated that I was given an appointment so quickly
A sign of a confident physician is when she / he encourages second opinions. I really heard her message- this is " not about me" but about you and your comfort trust level in the team treating you. I feel I will be an integral part of the treatment plan. She lives up to her reputation.
i think witnessing the office staff's demeanor says a lot about the office culture. The staff was professional efficient but kind . Did not pick up any tones of discontent
She used pictures and diagrams and written reports during her explanation and this is very helpful for a person who is visual.
