Kristin has over 14 years of expertise in the health and wellness field counseling clients in a multitude of settings to include: employee wellness programs, school wellness centers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, cancer centers. She has been practicing in the telehealth arena for over three years.
Kristin's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support both children and adults living with a variety of conditions to include: obesity, pre-diabetes, diabetes, cancer, GI and cardiovascular diseases. Kristin particularly enjoys helping others with pre/post natal nutrition, breastfeeding support, sports performance, as well as disease prevention and overall wellness.
Kristin takes a whole body, client-centered approach. With an empathetic demeanor, she empowers and partners with her clients to set personalized goals which yield positive and sustainable results. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve food freedom.
Kristin graduated from the University of Delaware with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's degree in Health Promotion.
When she is not helping others on their health journey, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, testing out new recipes, as well as weight training and riding her Peloton.
