Most of my clients are insightful, high achieving teens who excel in their academic lives, but struggle in their personal lives. I help them stop struggling with anxious thoughts and perfectionism, and find genuine happiness and purpose in their life. My approach is centered on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and skills for managing the unique pressures of emerging adulthood.
My clients often come to me seeking strategies to overcome anxiety and stress, harsh critical thoughts, perfectionism, overthinking and rumination, obsessive thoughts, and self-doubt. My therapy style is focused on helping my clients gain genuine happiness, find more purpose and life fulfillment, improve confidence, and deepen meaningful relationships.
