Dr. Kristin Gianelis is a dual-board certified Adult and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in diverse specialty settings. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, a Master's in Women's Health Nursing and a Master's in Adult Health Nursing from Simmons University, and a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. Kristin has advanced training in menopause, sexual pain and desire disorders, urogynecology, obesity management, perinatal mental health, and trauma-informed care.
She is the owner and sole provider at Real Wellness for Humans, a small micro practice specializing in Menopause and Sexual Health. Kristin created this practice to provide wellness-focused care on YOUR terms. Appointment times are flexible to fit YOUR schedule, with extended time for questions and discussion. Treatment plans are made using a shared decision-making approach, allowing YOU to find YOUR path to wellness.
Kristin also teaches graduate-level nursing and is active in academic, research, quality improvement, and health policy work. She loves to bring REAL data and up-to-date studies to her patient visits, translating the scientific literature into best clinical practice!
