I had my first appointment recently and felt comfortable talking to Dr. Kops. I believe she understands my concerns and is addressing them. Bloodwork on Friday, results in my hand on Wednesday. Erin drew my blood without me feeling anything and it barely left a pin mark! So far, I am very pleased!

upon arrival everyone was friendly willing to help. Aaron the physician's assistant was very polite and kind and funny. the doctor was outstanding. she's very knowledgeable and friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility.
