there were issues with the care i need vs. the care i can be provided through telehealth. the provider disclosed that as soon as it came up, and while it is unfortunate i won’t be able to treat with her, i am happy she told me immediately. she also cancelled the charge so it won’t affect my card, which was very courteous.
