This was my first visit with Dr. Newhall, and it won't be my last. I loved my last doctor, but did not love the location, so in my search, I chose a doctor close to me that seemed like a good fit for my needs. I also assumed I'd have to try a few different doctors before I found one as friendly and thorough as my last. I'm so happy I got it right on the first try.
The office has ample parking and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I was seen shortly after checking in, and felt my visit was handled efficiently, but also did not feel rushed. I was a bit nervous to start from scratch with a new Doctor, but Doctor Newhall made me feel comfortable immediately. I feel she was thorough and caring, and look forward to my office visits in the future.

Dr Newhall is always caring and professional. I was a little annoyed that the information I filled out on Zoc Doc was a mystery to the front desk staff, even though I had just gotten a text from Zoc Doc that the info had been forwarded to them. Not a big problem, I just showed them my new insurance card and it was taken care of.

Doctor Newhall was great. Since it was my 1st visit, she took the time to hear about my medical history and she asked a lot of questions. Much different than other DR visits I've had in the past where they seemed to be in rush to get me in and out. DR Newhall and her staff have been very helpful in getting me specialist appointments with a DERM, Lab Work, etc.

Doctor is FANTASTIC! Location in Malden is very busy and cramped. Medical Assistant was not exactly customer service oriented. Loved Dr. Newhall though so will continue seeing her!
