I saw Kyle Burditt, PAC, via computer. He logged into my link within 5 minutes of the scheduled time of our appointment. He listened to what I told him originally was wrong, then he asked a list of questions that were able to help him pin down what was actually wrong with me and to give me instructions to correct it.

Zocdoc is having technical difficulties with the connection to providers and video calls. Had I not had a ongoing relationship with my provider my appointment would have been canceled fortunately, several hours after leaving a message my doctor called by phone to insure that my med check was completed on the agreed upon schedule. This is the first problem of this sort I have had and the office indicated that they had been having Zocdoc problems that were outside of their control.

He is a retired Navy PA with 23 years of service, Kyle is a warmhearted and professional member of our team. We are not able to prescribe controlled substances (i.e. narcotics, adderall) via telemedicine as these require in person consultation, and monitoring. We will be happy to discuss alternative options.

The PA was not a good listener and was distracted during the session. The prescription was not sent to my pharmacy until I called can texted several times. He also did not reply to a follow up question about my care. This was a bad experience

The PA was more than 15 mins late to a telehealth visit, then was in his car the whole time and didn’t have the courtesy to show his whole face (could see the roof of his car and window more than him). For anxiety, he recommended “diet, exercise, and journaling” - all of which I can get from google. To call this a good practice of patient care is FAR from the truth and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone in need of psychiatric care, especially for those with a longer health history or more complex symptoms
