I waited for the doctor to join the call but after 30 minutes of not showing up, I called the office. The front desk staff said that they just started to use the Zocdoc platform, so they are not used to it. They did see my appointment in the website these are not at this new appointment at all. They spent another 20 minutes to try and find my intake forms, but could not. The front desk staff said they will send an appointment for me the following day with the doctor, but I receive no notification or call them. This interaction occurred Thursday afternoon, and I am writing about this on Sunday. Perhaps it's because it is the weekend, so I will give them a chance to reach out to me before Tuesday.

She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to evaluate the situation. I really felt the purpose of my visit was being addressed.
