I like Dr Dundoo a lot, she's great, quick, efficient, I can ask any questions. However, the wait is too long, I was there 1 hour and 15 minutes. That's just too long. They schedule too many people at the same time period.

Dr. Lakshmi Dundoo practices a full range of Obstetrics and Gynecology for women ranging in age from teenage to seniors. Dr. Dundoo was trained at Washington University in St. Louis with a complete exposure to all aspects of women's health care. She has been fortunate to be able to pursue advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted hysterectomy. She enjoys taking care of women during all stages of life whether a patient is a teenager in for her first gynecologic exam or a menopausal woman well into her retirement years who has special healthcare concerns. She tries to individualize her recommendations and treatment plans to fit each patient's needs. These days, the focus of healthcare for women is prevention and education. Dr. Dundoo also enjoys discussing current trends with my patients according to their risks and needs.

I have been cancelled on three times in a row. They overbook and cancel all the time. Last appointment I waited 2 hours in the waiting room for them to tell me she cannot see me today. I've tried getting in for three weeks. When they cancelled the last time, I called them to tell them I really need to be seen and had questions. I was told that the doctor would call me back. I called twice and never received a phone call back from her. Very poor service and care for patients. I am getting a new gynecologist.

Dr Dundoo was great but the nurse was not friendly at all. Our's is first child and I agree they see a lot of pregnant women but the nurse needs to learn to be friendly with patients

The ladies were very nice, but I think the office can be renovated to match the front of the hospital. The front of the hospital looks like they just did it, and thw office lloks like it is from the 70s. Also, sound proofing might be a good idea.

I was very nervous going into the office. I had to fill out some paper work because, I was a new patient. But, once I filled it out Dr. Dundoo saw me right away. After talking to her for a while, I wasn't nervous anymore. It went very quickly, and she was very nice. Great Staff also.!

I was very nervous as many people are when going to a new obgyn but I have to say that Dr. Dundoo was an excellent doctor and I will be going back! The staff were very nice. I was put into my room quickly and she first came in to just talk and see why I was there and inform me of the exam. She made me feel comfortable and did the exam very quickly! I would definitely recommend her.

Upon entering the office, I was greeted and immediately signed in. I completed my paperwork and was seen within minutes. After vitals with the nurse, I was seen by the doctor. The whole visit covered my concerns, my medical care and followup in one hour. I loved the late afternoon hours and the efficiency. I didn't feel processed through and I will gladly recommend this doctor to my friends.

I need to switch Dr's. Worst appt yet. Waited almost 2 hours to get in. She had NOT read my chart, wanted to do a breast exam even tho I had a bi-lateral mastectomy 2 years ago and wanted to do a genetic test even tho she wanted to last year and insurance declined. I like her as a person but I need to find someone who REALLY is interested in me.! Also, made appt thru doczoc and when I got to office they said I was not scheduled even tho I had JUST received a text message telling me not to forget my appt. Very sad. Plus I got called in before 2 gals that had been there longer than me! Any more questions! ANd my entire exam took MAYBE 2 minutes!

I really like Dr Dundoo, but she always rushes in and out so fast. I don't ever feel I really even have time to think. I think she is a very good doctor, but I would feel better with more than a couple minutes of attention.
