Honestly, the overall experience from the time I parked until the time I left was the best I’ve ever received while visiting a doctor’s office. The entire staff was careful, concerned, and great listeners. I absolutely recommend as a Black, queer woman.
It should be noted that the lab (downstairs) is walk-in only so it’s quite slow. I learned it’s best to arrive as soon as they open - at 7am.
