Dr. Jean-Jacques was very professional and courteous. Our visit was efficient, she listened well, asked good questions, and was very kind to my daughter. The medical assistant who completed my preliminary vitals was very personable and kind. However, the MedAlliance office is very busy and a little chaotic. It seems that they are taking in too many patients as the staff seemed to be rushing and stressed though they stayed professional, friendly, and kind.

She's thorough, she listened and she does referral. Before seeing the doctor, they did hearing, vision and EKG, which I believe is excellent. The. Customer services are great from the clerk to the triage nurses to the doctor.

I was seen by Carmen Costas after 2 hours. This was the worst service ever received. I’m a first time patient but the wait was ridiculous & if i wasn’t extremely sick, i would’ve left that establishment.
I arrived a little before 10:30am (my scheduled time) . I was done with paperwork and wasn’t seen until 12 by the nurse. She was nice but rushing me. Then It took another hour to see Dr. Costas. I’m just very annoyed because I thought i was finally going to feel better and it was a waiting game. In addition to the horrible wait time on the second floor, the first floor pharmacy couldn’t retrieve my medicine. I didn’t end up leaving Medalliance until 2:30pm. You guys need PROFESSIONAL HELP.

Got there at 9:00 for my 10:00 am appt and it was 12:30 and I was still waiting with no vitals, after they took my vitals another hour to see the doctor ! Not professional at all ! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, don’t waste your time going there.

Wait time is longer than actual visit..There needs to be a better scheduling system because it's highly ridiculous to wait 2 hours to be seen for less than 30 minutes. Dr. Jean-Jaques herself is a very nice doctor however not worth the wait.

The Doctor was OK. However while being triage and in the Doctors room there was alot of interruptions. People going in and out of the exam room. My appointment was at 9 and I was seen by the doctor at 11:50

Dr. was more concerned about other health risks i have and not rhe task at hand(ear problem). Gave a bunch of appt. I didnt want hemeans right but just wanted my ear prob adressed. It was not.

I was not seen by Dr. Lamercie but the physician who saw me was very good. I like that they do a very well rounded physical (lab not open open on Saturday ?? M-F 9-5????) Other than that it was a good experience they are very thorough and organized.

My worse experience ever. Appointment at 9:30am took 40minutes online just to see the receptionist. Did not see the initial nurse assistant until 12:10. Did not see doc until several hours after. Would have taken less time if I went to a free client. DO NOT GO HERE!

Literally amazing. I completely felt comfortable and so calm with mrs. Herman. An RPA whose absolutely sunshine and one of the front desk ladies Yesenia was so sweet and so nice and just awesome. Can not go any where else now. Thanks for the quality.
