I’ve seen may doctors with my many illnesses, Dr Bangura is simply the best doctor I’ve seen, he has a personality that makes you feel at ease. He takes time to hear everything you have to say, and in my case that is a lot. He never makes you feel rushed. Lastly, and most important....HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT!!! He is a very knowledgeable physician who is well versed in his trade. I highly recommend him to everyone!!!

More about Dr. Lamin Bangura, MD
Dr. Bangura is an Interventional Cardiologist, who started his education in 2005 at the University of Houston, before moving on to gain his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Following this, Dr. Bangura returned to Texas for four years to complete an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. In 2014, he started a General Cardiology Fellowship, that then led to a Chief Fellow position at Howard University School of Medicine. In 2017, he began an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Harper University Hospital, in Detroit, Michigan. He is now returning to the Greater Houston area to join our Cardiology Practice!
Dr. Bangura is Board Certified in General Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. He is a member of several Honorary and Professional Societies, including the American College of Physicians (ACP), American College of Cardiology (ACC), Association of Black Cardiologist (ABC), Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Student National Medical Association (SNMA), and the American Medical Student Association (AMSA).
