The staff was very friendly and they got me in right away. They took me back and got my height, weight and blood pressure. I did have to wait about another 35 mins for Dr. Ngo to come in, but she was very nice. I liked Dr. Ngo and she did not make me feel rushed at all.

Dr. Ngo is a compassionate family physician. She believes in “Treating others the way you want to be treated”; therefore, she treats patients like family members and as such, has many long term patients visit her from cities outside of San Antonio (e.g., Austin, La Vernia, Uvalde) to receive her excellent medical care.
Dr. Ngo successfully treats illnesses by using her medical training and incorporates it with the natural body’s composition of mind, body, and spirit. It is a "whole person" approach to health care. Dr. Ngo & her staff are looking forward to provide you with excellent medical services. We thank you for your confidence and support as you allow us to care for you and your families.
Dr. Ngo was born in Ho Chi Minh City (or Saigon), South Vietnam. Her family and she immigrated to reunite with her father in Dallas, Texas in 1981 when she was 16 years old. She has been married to Dr. Soan Ngo, a dentist, for more than 18 years. Together, they raise three beautiful children, Sarah, Steffen, and Stanley, who excel in academics, sports, and music. She enjoys spending time with her family, which is filled with lots of love and laughter.
Dr. Ngo loves to play sports. She participates in USTA Tennis League. She is two levels away from earning her black belt degree in Taekwondo where she joins the class with her two sons. On the weekends, she enjoys practicing Yoga for relaxation. She also likes to spend time on the golf course with her husband and daughter. Her other extracurricular activities are cooking, Japanese Ikebana flower arrangement, traveling, practicing piano, and shopping :)
When reflecting on her life’s accomplishments, Dr. Ngo often wonders how she was able to achieve her goals. She accounts it to her personal motto: “Think Ahead, Believe in Yourself, and Be Happy”. She appreciates the understanding of people involved in her daily life that she is balancing her time and commitment for her family, her patients, her friends, and her own.

Dr and staff were very nice and showed sincere caring. The wait was approximately 45 minutes to get checked on vitals and then another 45 before the Dr. Guess previous patients had some serious issues. I am going back for my follow up but have a very early appt.

Dr. Ngo really cares about her patients. I am shopping primary care Physicians since I am new to the area and was pleased to find a doctor that cares and listens.
My wait was due to the misplacement of my insurance card, However I did call and ask the from desk prior to my visit if they had everything need to ensure the visit went smoothly.
