To start , the receptionest Claudia has been very good about returing phone calls. Dr. Phan showed she is a very caring Dr. that does not rush the patient and allows you to ask any questions you may have. I used to go to Cleveland Clinic, but they have become so corporate that I felt like a number rather than a person worried about my health.
