“This is my first experience at a chiropractor, and I was not disappointed. Upon entrance, the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The variety of music while warming up for our adjustment helps bring a bit of life to the environment. And I personally work with Dr. Garrett, and she’s been nothing but amazing. She’s been working on solving the mystery of me being so young yet with a lot of back and hip pain (a mystery that has been affecting me in my later 20s). Her adjustments, exercises, and advice has helped me better in my daily life as my pain gradually starts to get better. Shoutout to the Palmercare Chiropractic office in Columbia, MD!”

The staff here is fantastic!! So friendly and kind and easy to communicate with, especially with scheduling eeds. I've also had a noticeable improvement in posture and awareness of poor habits that have contributed to my pain over the years. Highly recommend!!

I feel very comfortable discussing my problems that I have with Dr. Garrett. The atmosphere is assume. The staff makes it personal by calling each patient by their name. It is a clean environment. I can tell that Dr. Garrett loves what she does and the staff enjoys what they do as well.

I really like my chiropractor, Dr. Garrett! She is warm and makes me feel comfortable, almost like I’m talking to a friend. She always takes the time to listen to what’s bothering me and tries different techniques to help relieve my pain. Every time I come in, she does her best to make me feel better, and I really appreciate her caring and supportive approach. Overall, she’s great, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares about their patients

This is the first time I have gone to a chiropractor and I have to say every review was 1000% correct. Dr. Garrett is amazing. She is very detailed and informative. You can really tell she loves what she does and she is great at it. After the first visit I felt immediate relief. I have already informed my friends and family about coming in for their own self care.

Dr. Garrett is amazing. She is really attentive and listens to you and really tailors each session to focus on problem areas. From the moment we met she was very professional and explained the treatment plan thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before starting. As this was my first time seeing a chiropractor she made sure I was at ease with everything she recommended/did instead of just forcing it. I would certainly recommend her any person

Dr. Garrett is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has good intuition when working with me. I’ve had lingering neck and shoulder problems for the last 10 or so years, and she’s helped me work to the point where I’ve regained a lot of mobility and reduced the everyday pain I had gotten used to.

Dr. Garrett adjusted me and resolved a 2+ year misalignment in my lower back. I had been struggling with pain and going to a different chiropractor and then I saw Dr. Garrett who slowed down and asked me additional questions to really locate the issue. I feel like a new person because of Dr. Garrett and I’m beyond grateful for her skills.

Dr Garrett’s attention to my concerns truly made my experience a nice one. She is efficient and has a great spirit. She gave great tips on what I could do in between visits as I continue on my wellness journey without aches and pains.

Dr. Garrett is my go-to doctor! She is professional while still putting me at ease with her approachability and genuine care for her patients. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to doctor appointments but her demeanor and extra time she spends explaining her process and approach made such a difference. I was already feeling better after one visit and have continued to build on my health and recovery since! I can’t thank Dr. Garrett enough for the care she provides.
