Every one at the office was very polite and professional. I felt that I was treated very well and was confident in my diagnosis and all the tests that were administered. Dr. Green was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

The office had no record of my appointment they did not confirm the appointment until I called the morning of my appointment to check my insurance when they finally put me on the books and I still had to wait two hours after the appt time that they gave me only to find out when I got to the back that I wasn't even covered for what I needed. The front desk assistance was awful they constantly tried to talk over me and me that zocdoc dosent coincide with their appointment system...What if that's the case why use it. I have never in all the years that I have been going to the eye Dr gone through any thing like this and will never use their office or ZocDoc again because of their complete unprofessional way of doing business this office just piles up appointments and makes the idiots that will sit there and deal with it wait while they collect the money from your insurance carriers. Be smart go where you and your money is appreciated.

I wasn't seen by the Dr right away but they filled my weight time with the tests before I saw the Dr. I didn't sit for more than 10 minutes.

When my son actually got to see the Dr he did very well. I have no complaints. The visit was probably a good ten minutes after waiting over 2 hours. I'm not sure if it is always like this so I scheduled another appointment this time for myself on zocdoc only for them to call me and cancel telling me they had no appointments for a month. Also I filled out the paperwork online and had to fill out paperwork again when I got there because they said they don't accept the paperwork I filled out online. Waste of time! Not sure if I will go here again due to the long wait and unavailability of appointments though I do not personally have any complaints on the staff or Dr.

The doctor was very nice and professional however the wait time was a bit excessive. The staff is very nice and the place was kept up well enough throughout the day. My next appt won't be until next year bit I will definitely make it a morning appt.

It was good, make sure u call and make your appointment cause zoc doc didnt tell the doctor i was coming but its goid for picking out great doctors. The people at this office were so nice.

If I still lived in Michigan, I would definitely take my son back to Dr. Green. After many visits o other physicians, he was the only one to fix my son's allergy issues. Thank you!

My appt. was not confirmed per the receptionist and stated that the ZocDoc online appt tool cannot confirm my for this office they must call first, i stated that he ZocDoc did confirm my appt that's why i came in. So she added me so i can still see the Dr. today after that the actual appt wad great. The medical staff was great very professional and friendly.

Dr. Green and his staff were professional but friendly. My exam today was thorough and his equipment is up to date. I felt very comfortable and welcomed there - it was a good experience.

The office was quiet & the staff were very helpful & friendly. What I didn't like was that when my bf & I picked our glasses they said it would take 3-4 weeks to come back which was a little too long for us. When we did call to check on the glasses after the third week the guy Tony told my bf that he couldn't order his glasses. After 3 weeks of waiting he never called to let him know. He said that he left a note with the office saying to call. He's in charge of the ordering process so he should have called not the office. The last thing that I didn't like was that after waiting that whole time for my glasses & after my bf picked them up they were the wrong glasses. How can you get orders wrong?? They need to hire someone else because the guy Tony obviously can't do his job right
