Lara completed the Physician Assistant Fellowship Program at Schweiger Dermatology Group where she trained alongside top dermatology providers in New York City and gained first-hand experience in medical, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology.
Lara has always had a passion for dermatology, which has only deepened through her training. Lara is committed to her patients’ skin and overall health, with a goal of helping each of her patients achieve clear and healthy skin.

I have an urgent medical condition and was so happy to finally have it almost resolved. usually when I see a doctor they submit my prescription to CVS and I pick it up. apparently her office only works with a certain prescription delivery company. I was told they would call me yesterday after my appointment which they never did. I've been texting the doctor's office all day and I've been trying to figure out when the company is going to call me so I can get this medication and no one knows. they said call the doctor I called the office and they say oh yes she does Telehealth so you can't contact her through here. I don't have any contact information for her. the pharmacy just reached out to me 16 hours later and they're asking me for all these numbers from my insurance company. rxbin number Etc. whenever I go to a doctor, they just send the medication and that's it. I don't need to do all this extra work. this is so frustrating.

Both the individuals who I saw had extremely brusk bed side manner and made me feel kind of bad about myself with the way they reacted to my health issues. The PA kept saying “oh that is XYZ” using complex medical terminology that she wouldn’t explain until I prompted her several times. Did not feel cared for — it was almost like I was an inconvenience to them by being there. Front desk people were great tho— very friendly in comparison!

Felt incredibly rushed even though I showed up on time. Also felt like I was treated as a thing with skin instead of a person seeking medical advice. She forgot that she’s treating patients not illnesses.

I am very impressed with Lara's care and attention towards me. She addressed each of my concerns with due diligence, the information I needed to know about my chronic skin condition and even provided me some wonderful samples which I ended up purchasing. The recommendations she did, did wonders to my skin!

The PA was really nice & understanding of my issue. It wasn't serious but I was nervous. She explained in detail reassured me prescription would work & wouldn't cost a fortune. She was 100% correct!

I came to Lara for microneedling with PRP, and I'm so glad I did. She explained everything to me clearly and was very gentle and efficient. I didn't feel a thing and I'm loving the results! I'll definitely be back to see her again!
