The room I was put in was gross, had dried blood and other stuff on the floor. Dr. Hernandez was nice, but seemed flustered, and rushing the appointment, while also resting her head against the wall and writing notes haphazardly on the intake form. No computer in the room. She said “I’ll have someone else take your blood and if they have trouble finding your vein I’ll come help.” After I questioned this she ended up doing it herself. She also didn’t know what medicine I was on so I pulled up a picture on Google so she could write it down for my prescription. She was also very pushy for me to come back and was trying to talk with me to figure out what they should code the appointment as to insurance like I would know. It took me an hour and a half to be in and out.
Bottom line: nice but gross facility and unprofessional demeanor.

I was so scared to go due to my last office experience. But as soon as I walked in the staff was so friendly and laughing with me making me forget about my experience. The nurse that took my vitals was amazing. She listed to all my concerns and acknowledged that everything I had worked for which was nothing like that at last office! She said I would love the doctor. Sure enough as she came in everything I had talked about was addressed and she wanted to work with me in the way I had talked about! She was so friendly and was willing to accommodate all my needs! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a kind and caring doctor! Best decision I made was to change here! Thank you so much for making me feel important. With ptsd and anxiety I felt none of it at the office

Dr. Hernandez was down to earth and a great listener. I felt comfortable with her right away. She was helpful for the reasons that I visited, making follow ups seamless on things that I requested. The other nurses and staff in the office were great as well.

I arrived before my appointment and within 10 or so minutes, I was put in a room. The assistant came in and asked a variety of questions about my past medical history. She started with asking about congestion and my sinus’ yet moved on. I waited in the room for about 30-40 minutes. The NA came in and asked me about my congestion. I asked why she was asking. She said that’s why you’re here? I said no. I am here to get a Pap. She had me moved to another room. I then pretty quickly was seen for what came in for. I believe this was way too long to hang out. I was there for an hour and a half.

I went to the office and the doors were locked despite the hours saying they were open. I called the phone numbers and they were disconnected. Waited 15 minutes and the doors never opened so I had to leave.
