Dr. Rowe is a board certified Family Medicine physician who is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care. Dr. Rowe is a native of Miami, Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology at the University of Miami. She moved to Philadelphia to obtain her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) at Temple University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Bauer College of Business through a Business of Medicine Fellowship at Kelsey Seybold Clinic.
Dr. Rowe is committed to education and outreach in her local community. She created the Rowetation Nutritional Challenge to help individuals find the support they need to achieve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. The network has grown exponentially and members are consistently losing weight and inches while gaining energy and confidence.
Dr. Rowe is also an active member of The Artemis Medical Society and numerous local organizations including The Mary Susan Moore Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Harris County Medical Society. She supports numerous community programs including the Sister’s Network Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, March of Dimes Honey Child Prenatal Education Program, and the American Diabetes Association StepOut Walk.

Dr. Rowe's bedside manner is GREAT! But getting an appointment and follow up with things is very hard to do. I tried to stick with her as long as I could because it is very hard finding a good doctor, but trying to get an appointment is difficult. You will be directed to a call center and from there the one receptionist may or may not get back with you. The office is nice but the overall quality of service (not care) is lacking what it needs to keep me as a patient.

Went here for an appointment last summer. First off, you have to valet your car which I wasn't warned about. Second, after I leave I get a phone call from some medical scanning facility saying that I have an appointment with them that someone at Dr.Rowe's office set up without my consent. Third, to this day I receive spam e-mails about events she is hosting even though I have unsubscribed repeatedly. They also lay the hard sell on for you to use all their online services and put a lot of pressure to make an account while you're there for your appointment. Apparently she also now charges a fee to be her patient (or so the e-mails say).

I will never go back to this doctor. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I asked questions about the ailments that I came in for, and none of them were answered. I am not sure if this doctor is equipped to handle her job. I was literally given an online printout of medical information that I could have and ACTUALLY DID do research on on my own prior to my appointment. It was absolutely unhelpful. Do not waste your time or money.

January 30 my visit date: In the beginning the visit was great but then when I got to the pharmacy I got 2 out of my 3 medication. Not only did the pharmacy say that only 2 prescriptions were sent over he physically showed me on the computer. So I called the doctors office, no answer then there was another number (2812221218) I called and a lady with a thick accent yelled at me and said "why would we send only 2 out of your 3 prescriptions" so carrying on I asked her just please send my third medication and she said "let me ask the doctor first" and she was angry and hung up on me. I then proceeded to call her back to make sure that we weren't cutoff but she never answered again. I wait for over an hour at Walgreens and nothing came through. The lady said she would call me back but she didn't take my number down. I Waited and waited for weeks and just on February 8th at 2:28pm Walgreens called me and says that I have my prescription to pick up. What a JOKE! If that was a important drug I may have died already. This was terrible and I will not go back. This was my experience there.

I had an overall good visit. There were some things with the office staff that have been frustrating. For example, I had to bring up that I had labs done during my previous visit right when I was walking out the door. They weren't part of my chart and they weren't posted to my patient portal. They were done and almost forgotten if I hadn't said anything. Also I was requested to come in for a follow up but the doctor didn't know why I was there, I had to remind her. Plus my prescriptions weren't filled till 3 weeks after my visit. Not sure if the error was on the offices end or the pharmacy, but after lengthy discussions with both during the 3 weeks, we had it sent to a different pharmacy.
I really like everyone at the office, but it's becoming cumbersome being a patient. I end up doing more work then I thought I would have to do as a paying customer. I'm thinking of going to a new doctor.

She is absolutely amazing! I have already started recommending her to all of my friends and family members. She is attentive and caring. She took her time and didn't make me feel rushed at all. My husband was with me and she took the time to address his questions as well. She is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had!

Everyone was very professional and genuinely friendly. Unlike some places everyone has a fake smile and I immediately got uncomfortable, but not here! I was seen right away. I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Rowe was very caring. She gave me a chance to voice all my problems (it was a lot) and she made sure to touch base with each one before I left the office. I will be back! I definitely recommend this team!

Dr. Rowe was also kind yet knowledgeable. She let me vent and voice all my problems (it was a lot) without making me feel rushed. She touched base and gave me a solution to each one before I left. It was a very pleasant experience. Also you don't have to pay to park which is always great in my book!
