My name is Latisha Wormely, and I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist® professional. I believe in the age-old saying,
“Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food”- Hippocrates.
I believe many health issues can be managed by eating a colorful whole foods “diet” and altering lifestyle behaviors. This “diet” I speak of looks completely different from person to person. A “one size fits all” approach may work well with specific clothing attire but usually results poorly when applied to eating habits.
After scheduling your appointment, you'll receive an email from Ford Wellness with an invitation to complete our required intake forms. Because we use a functional approach to patient care, we ask lots of questions, so it may take up to an hour to complete the intake forms.
To best serve our patients, we require the intake forms to be completed 48 hours before your appointment so that we can research your case and be prepared for your appointment. This time also allows our team to verify your insurance and prevent you from receiving any surprise bills.
