I've been seeing Dr Arbogast for a couple years now. At first, I feel she was a bit passive and not very caring. I was actually considering changing doctors. However, the last few times she has been very attentive, caring and makes me feel like she truly cares about my well-being. I know sometimes it takes time to get to know someone and get comfortable with them. At this point I'm not sure if I'm talking about her or me.....lol. In any event, I'm very glad I didn't change doctors.

The receptionist, Missy was very polite and personable. The lady who took my vitals was also personable and kind. Dr. Arbogast didn't keep me waiting long and showed me respect and genuine interest in my health. I was extremely pleased with my first visit!

Dr Arbogast is great and is attentive to my concerns. My only complaint is the office staff there. They never return phone calls, you have to continually follow up with them. They tell you they will call you back but never do - you have to continually follow up with them

I first made the appointment through Zoc Doc which was very easy. However, when I arrived at my first appointment she failed to tell me that something came up and would not be in that day. Another appointment was scheduled for the following month. When I came in the second time they did not have any of the information that I input on Zoc Doc so I had to fill in the information again at the office. The meeting was not very personal and it didn't seem like she even looked at the information that I had just completed and was advised that she would go over with me. A follow up appointment was set but she had no openings for another two months. I'm not sure why a doctor is accepting new patients if they aren't able to provide even somewhat timely service. I was not impressed with the service at the office either. I will be looking for another doctor very soon.
