About Laura Bothe
Laura Bothe is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She obtained her Master's degree in nursing from The George Washington University. Laura has experience working as a family nurse provider in a busy office in the Baltimore area, where she cared for patients of all ages.
She enjoys working as a preceptor for the George Washington nurse practitioner program and serves as a part-time health and wellness NP at a local university for young adults. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Laura worked in a busy emergency room and trauma medicine at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She values partnering with her patients and their families to achieve both short-term and long-term health goals.
Laura believes that educating her patients and encouraging them to take an active role in their physical and mental health and well-being is essential.
