Dr. Brayton is amazing! She is an incredible patient and knowledgable resource for holistic wellness- in addition to offering fantastic chiropractic care. I leave each appointment feeling completely rejuvenated. I am convinced that I would not have been able to conceive my first child without Dr. Brayton- and that my pregnancy has been as smooth as it has been because of her chiropractic care. Dr. Brayton consistently goes above and beyond, and I am eternally grateful for her guidance and support.

Dr. Laura Brayton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999. She furthered her education at New York Chiropractic College where she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2003 and served her peers as Class President, Student Body President and President of the Student American Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Brayton writes regularly on health-related topics and is a lecturer for various holistic groups in the community, including at yoga studios, childbirth education centers, and new moms’ groups. She also continues to stay up-to-date and current in her field with frequent post-graduate seminars in functional medicine, nutrition, allergy elimination, pediatrics, and maternity. In addition, Dr. Brayton has received certifications in Chiropractic Pediatrics (180 hour post-graduate program), Webster Technique (for breech presentation), Sound-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM), and is an advanced level practitioner of Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET). Dr. Brayton is a BioEnergetic Practitioner utilizing Applied Kinesiology (manual muscle testing) to “eavesdrop” into the body and determine its current needs for health.
She is an active member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, American Chiropractic Association, Hoboken Chamber of Commerce, and Past President of the Hoboken Rotary Club. She also raised over $3,000 for Team for Kids which is a charity focused on addressing childhood obesity by running the 2010 NYC Marathon. Dr. Brayton was chosen by New Jersey Family magazine as one of “NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Docs” in 2010-2015.

My appt was really nice. Dr B knows her stuff for sure and I felt really good afterwards. However, I do have an issue with her bedside manner. She referred to parts of my body as a "mess" several times. Speaking to anyone this way is not encouraging or positive. I left feeling not so great because of it. Also, I am a very cost conscious person. She told me I should come in for 2 appts next week - before knowing if they accepted my insurance. She did not ask if this was ok for me financially. When I brought up pricing to Dr B I was told I would be given info from Stacey and then when I asked Stacey I was told we can discuss at my next appt. Also, I was not told my initial would be $XXX. I called several times and asked for pricing and no one ever mentioned it. I don't have a problem with the $XXX, I have an issue with not being told the price after asking several times. I will not be going back.

Finding the right chiropractor, especially one whom you trust with your young children, can be a very disconcerting process. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Brayton! She provides an amazing comprehensive and compassionate service to my entire family, whether solving constipation issues for my three year old, treating my body post nataly, helping me rid myself of my seasonal allergies, or helping my newborn or 5 year old with their overall health. She has been a great addition to our lives!

I had another great visit with Dr. Brayton today. The office is always clean, yet cozy & the staff is professional yet perfectly friendly. My chiropractic adjustment was exactly what my body needed. We topped it off with allergy elimation - a noninvasive treatment that has without a doubt changed my life.

My daughter has had fantastic results with Dr. Brayton. She had chronic fluid in her ears causing hearing impairment, and doctors had suggested tubes. With adjustments and homeopathic treatments, my daughter has significantly improved. We are now doing NAET treatments to help with food sensitivities that likely have contributed to the fluid, which has also been highly successful. Dr. Brayton is really great with my 5 year old daughter, always answering her many questions and respecting what she has to say.

I have been seeing Dr. Brayton for about 8 years and my son for about 3. She listens to you and takes the time to understand your needs. My visits are never rushed and I always feel better after the visit.
