Dr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Virginia. An Echols Scholar and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Dr. Brown also completed study abroad programs in Mexico and Italy. Dr. Brown received her medical degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1997.
Dr. Brown completed her internship in general surgery and residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery while at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. During her residency, Dr. Brown was trained in all aspects of otolaryngology and especially enjoyed her eight months each at the Children's Hospital of Alabama and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of general otolaryngology, with special interests including pediatric otolaryngology including newborns, allergy evaluation and management, nasal and sinus surgery, hearing loss, and endocrine surgery.
Dr. Brown lives in Raleigh with her husband and three boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending soccer games, and being outdoors.

My visit was very Pleasant the doctor was very considerate and appeared to be concerned of about my medical problems Insight on my condition was explained exceptionally well. Along with the diagnosis of my condition given as well as medication ordered and.
