Dr. Laura Douglass is a fellowship trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery with expertise in the treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal/painful periods, and pelvic pain. She welcomes patients who desire minimally invasive approaches and for second opinions regarding surgery
Dr. Douglass provides comprehensive gynecologic care for women. Her clinical interests include the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, tubal or ovarian cysts, and uterine fibroids. She further specialized her practice by receiving international training and mentorship in São Paulo, Brazil with an emphasis on providing fertility sparing surgical treatment for women with endometriosis. In 2015, she assisted in the implementation of laparoscopy in the obstetrics and gynecology department at a medical center in American Samoa.
