I am new to Memphis and chose Dr. Engbretson after reading reviews online. I was not disappointed!
When I arrived, I checked in with the very friendly receptionist who gave me a tablet to enter my information. It was very easy to use, and I preferred it to writing everything out.
It took about 20 minutes to enter my information, and I waited another 20 to be called into an exam room. Which was not bad at all because the waiting room is very comfortable!
The staff and Dr. Engbretson were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. And they got me in and out in a very timely manner without making it feel rushed. I will definitely be using her practice in the future!

Dr. Engbretson is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and received her medical degree from University of Alabama in 2003. She completed her residency in Florida State University's OBGYN Residency Program. Dr. Engbretson was the recipient of Louis C. Henry Excellence in Clinical Teaching Awards, UT ObGyn Residency and is a Member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She is married to Dr. John Engbretson, a Family Medicine physician with St. Francis Medical Partners, as well as mother to three energetic boys. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, travelling and is a member of the cello section in the Germantown Symphony.

She took her time in talking to me, even tho I just a had a routine appointment. I'm used to feeling rushed with doctors if I want to ask questions or hear their feedback, but Dr. Engbretson was not rushed and had an actual conversation with me.

Dr. Engbretson is fabulous. She is knowledgable, kind and professional. The office is beautiful and clean. I completed a quick questionnaire on a cute little ipad when I got there. Very easy to use. Staff is efficient and friendly. Love this place!

My visits are always a pleasant experience. DR.Laura makes me feel comfortable and has built a relationship with me that is great. Any questions that need answers to she's always explain and answer back and ask if I understand and if I have any other concerns. To me that shows she cares and I love that about her. Always look forward to my visits and seeing the office staff and Dr. Engbretson. Love how efficient the check in process is and that I can schedule my appointments online. Very cozy waiting room too!

Always very enjoyable. Office is clean, calming, hospitable & relaxing. Never a long wait and all the staff is so friendly, you feel very welcome and special and well take care of. Doctor Engbretson never rushes you out the door. She takes her time w/ me and listens whether a medical concern on stay,she listens and explains all options & details.

Every time I have visited Dr. Engbretson, I have had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is very nice. And Dr.Engbretson has been very informative, efficient, and friendly.
