My appointment was confirmed multiple times before the scheduled date. I was even asked to confirm the day before, even though I had already confirmed. I needed this appointment and I had to move a lot around in my schedule to attend, including leaving work early. I head to my appointment only to receive an automated phone call on the way stating that my appointment has been cancelled due to provider being out of the office. The day of the appointment. After I was asked to confirm at least three times. Then they offered to reschedule me A MONTH AND A HALF later… Yeah I don’t even know why this provider is on Zocdoc if they aren’t available. I won’t be rescheduling. Find another provider.

Dr Williams is a God send. I highly recommend her. I can't say enough about her bedside manner, her ability to connect with her patients, her expansive knowledge and her kindness. Honestly I hope I never have to see another doctor again. I mean when you know you know ;)

I have been going to this doctor for many years and I love the doctors. Something has changed as far as getting ahold of anyone in the office. On four different occasions and days I have tried to get ahold of the office to check on my insurance, and to initially book the appointment. All four days I was on hold for over 20 minutes (going right to music) and in one case 30 before hanging up. Nobody ever picked up. I had to drive to the office to ask my insurance question, and overall book online. I was never able to get in contact with anyone via phone.They say they are short staffed and hiring but that is ridiculous.

I have been a patient with the Woman’s Group for several years and my only regret was having to travel from Land O Lakes to south Tampa. I was very pleased to discover this new office located next to St. Joseph’s hospital North on Van Dyke. I was also impressed with the friendly staff, a clean office and a wonderful nurse practitioner who listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Super friendly staff! Felt very welcomed and less nervous going into a new provider. I didn’t feel like another number. I felt like I was treated like an actual person. They listened to my concerns and offered me options. They explained everything clearly and made sure I had all the information needed. Got blood work done and Joanna made it sooo quick easy and painless! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable.
