Laura Mason was born and raised in Fort Collins. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from CU Boulder. After college, Laura worked in a cardiology clinic where she found a true passion for cardiac medicine and working with patients. Laura attended graduate school at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, and earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012.
Laura has been working alongside and closely collaborating with the physicians at the Heart & Vascular Institute in Brighton since 2015. She is a board-certified provider who is trained to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular disease. Laura is passionate about patient education and encouraging patients take an active role in their healthcare by learning about their heart health.
