Dr. Miller has been in practice at Sellwood Chiropractic Clinic since 1988. She is a graduate of Northwestern Chiropractic College, in Bloomington, MN. Since becoming a Chiropractic physician, Dr. Miller has continued her professional education, specializing in clinical nutrition and emotional release work, as well as expanding her knowledge of various Chiropractic techniques to establish herself as a well-rounded, functional medical practitioner.
As a physician, Dr. Miller functions within the holistic concept of the Triad of Health, which illustrates the three basic causes of health problems are structural, biochemical and mental/emotional. This integrative approach enhances the ability to find the underlying causes of a patient's health problems and assists in the correction of imbalance while opening the individual to the positive new ways of being.
Dr. Miller utilizes various chiropractic approaches to correct and align the body structure. This includes diversified, Sacroccipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology, Thompson Drop Piece Technique, Activator and BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique.
The Biochemical side of the triad relates to general biochemical function pertaining to the metabolic, endocrine, circulatory and immune systems. Clinical protocols are established and tailored to the individual's needs based on an in-depth assessment of the nutritional, gland and organ imbalances.
The mental/emotional side of the triad is addressed by communicating with the subconcious mind and body, through reflexes and muscle testing, and "clearing" emotional blockage through gentle adjusting and soft tissue procedures. This helps to normalize unresolved chronic negative patterns by making a physiological correction.

She emailed me and said that she couldn’t see me at my appointment time but said she could see me later today. She never responded back to my email. My appointment was at 1:30pm I waited at her office until 3pm then left. I at this posting at 4:35pm have yet to hear from her. Not very happy about this situation. I hope that she is okay….

I injured my back at work and Dr Miller was able to see me right away, sight unseen. I wasn't sure what to expect (I had never been to a chiropractor before) but I was amazed at Dr Miller's simple, straightforward method of treatment. And I loved our conversations! She's very personable, interesting, and friendly. My back feels almost 100% better after less than three months.

I had a very good visit. Dr. Miller treated by back and both legs. She used ultra-sound on my ankles and feet as well as adjustments. My body felt better after the treatments.

Whatever my issue, Dr. Miller is able to correct the problem. Whether it's structural or internal, she is able to get at the root of the issue and resolve it. Headaches, aching joints, stomach or digestion problems, overuse injuries, menstrual pain, you name it. Dr. Miller resolves it. She has taught me that I do not have to accept any level of pain as "normal." I have said many times that she has an incredible healing ability. She has helped not only me, but my mother, my best friend, and a number of other people I've suggested see her. She even used a technique on me to help 'knock-down' mental blocks, which were holding me back from achieving my goals. I make seeing her a priority in my life and budget because I deserve to feel good all the time, and seeing her is big part of my health plan.

Dr. Miller has a true gift of healing. Low back pain that was disabling resolved after she corrected my pelvic tilt. No other chiropractor made this adjustment! I bring my family, too. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for chiropractic care.
