About Dr. Laura Moore
Dr. Laura B. Moore earned an undergraduate degree in biology at The University of Texas at Austin, a master’s degree in bioscience and research policy at Rice University and her medical degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land.
Dr. Moore, who is board certified in family medicine, treats patients of all ages. She provides wellness check-ups and treats both acute and chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, anxiety and depression. Her primary clinical interests are preventative medicine and behavioral medicine, specifically helping patients meet their long-term goals.
Her approach to patient care is to combine empathetic listening with a thorough physical exam and evidence-based medicine to develop her treatment plan. She also takes a comprehensive approach to medical care, believing that both the mind and body have an influence on most medical concerns.

This was my first visit and Dr Laura Moore was a wonderful. She thoroughly asked about everything, very friendly and I felt very comfortable to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and was happy to explain anything that I didn't understand. It's always very scary looking for a new primary care doctor, but I don't think I need to look any further.

Great atmosphere great staff and service. The only minor thing is that you have to go to quest laboratory outside to get your bloodwork done which seemed to me that a little bit inconvenient. The reason, i was fasting for 12 hrs and quest didn’t have walk-in appointments till that day afternoon. So be prepared for that.

Young doctor that didn’t take time to understand my situation or health history. She tried to leave the appointment before asking me any questions about my health and family history. I tried to ask questions on her plan of action for me but was rudely snubbed, as though I was questioning her authority or doctorate. Overall, I do not recommend this doctor for anything that needs medical attention.
